ProDiMo can predict continuum images and molecular line channel maps at all wavelengths.  The figure shows a fit to ALMA observations of HD163296 presented by Rab+(2020).  The CO J=2-1 signal is slightly brighter in the dust gaps, because at 1.3mm we can see through the dust in the gaps, which we cannot in the rings. The CO signal produced this way is actually too bright, and we needed to slighly reduce the gas column density in the gaps to fit the observations. This gives us some clues about the nature of the gas in the ALMA rings and gaps.
